Account Manager – Vision Care (Bergen County, NJ)

About the role

Alcon is seeking an Account Manager for its Vision Care portfolio in Bergen County, NJ. The role focuses on growing territory revenue by partnering with eye care practitioners and promoting Alcon’s innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with eye care professionals while executing strategic account plans.
• Identify customer needs and tailor sales interactions using a needs‑based approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create executional plans that meet both customer and organizational objectives.
• Implement marketing initiatives for specific products to drive adoption and change customer behavior.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and meet call metrics such as reach and frequency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, associate + 6 years, M.S.).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in vision care or related medical field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong customer focus and ability to make timely decisions.
