About the role

Bosch is seeking an Account Manager for its Power Solutions division to support the Stellantis customer team. The role focuses on power‑train air‑management and ignition products, driving both existing business and new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage commercial activities for incumbent and new business, including quotation coordination, pricing, and contract tracking.
  • Develop business plans, monitor purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Oversee tooling, sample, and cost‑recovery processes, as well as accounts‑receivable issues.
  • Serve as primary contact for OE Purchasing and secondary liaison for OE Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Material Planning.
  • Coordinate sample management across all Power Solutions product areas, handling quotations, ordering, tracking, and delivery.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment.
