About the role

We are looking for experienced Account Managers to join our AI Labor Marketplace as remote consultants. In this part‑time role you will act as an AI Trainer, creating benchmark career‑guidance answers and evaluating AI‑generated recommendations for account‑management professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expert benchmark responses to career‑related questions for account managers.
• Design scoring rubrics that define high‑quality career guidance.
• Assess AI‑generated advice on client retention, account growth, sales performance, and relationship management.
• Identify unrealistic, inaccurate, or incomplete recommendations and provide written rationales.
• Review guidance on promotion pathways from entry‑level to senior leadership roles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of professional experience in account management.
• Proven track record managing client relationships and revenue‑generating accounts.
• Familiarity with customer retention, account growth, and stakeholder management.
• Strong written communication and analytical abilities.
• Currently practicing or recently active in the profession.
• U.S.-based.
