About the role
The Science & Clinical Account Executive drives business growth by managing a defined territory, identifying and qualifying leads, and closing sales with scientific and clinical organizations. You will act as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, ensuring they receive cost‑effective, high‑quality staffing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage territory, generate leads, and conduct cold‑calling outreach.
- Qualify prospects, set appointments, and develop tailored proposals and pricing models.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Document customer agreements and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Partner with branch staff post‑sale to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) preferred.
- Experience in the science staffing industry is highly preferred.

- Base salary range of $73,875 – $90,000 per year, with final compensation based on experience and location.
