Account Executive – Advertising Sales

About the role

Connoisseur Media is seeking an Account Executive to sell its radio, event and digital advertising solutions to small and regional businesses as well as agencies. You will represent both the broadcast stations and Connrex Digital, helping clients grow their reach in the Palm Springs market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold‑calling, networking and appointment setting.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business decision‑makers.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations for radio, event and digital products.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across the Palm Springs cluster.
• Represent Connrex Digital and promote its digital advertising services.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time‑management skills.
• Outgoing, persistent and able to hold consultative conversations.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Valid driver’s license and a fully insured personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace applications.
