Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the company’s philosophy and state standards.
• Deliver engaging instruction using differentiated teaching methods and real‑world applications.
• Assess student progress regularly through diagnostic tools and generate progress reports.
• Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Coordinate class activities such as field trips and prepare students for state assessments.
• Identify students needing additional support and refer them to appropriate personnel.
• Participate in curriculum review and revision processes.
