Youth Enrichment Sports Instructor (Part-Time)

About the role

Amazing Athletes is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Youth Enrichment Sports Instructor for a part-time position. As part of its multi-sport enrichment program, the instructor teaches children ages 1-12 the fundamentals of various sports and promotes teamwork, confidence and healthy living. The role is part-time and involves creating fun, engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging, fun learning experiences focused on sports skills
• Promote teamwork, confidence and healthy living among children ages 1-12
• Work with children, parents and team members

Required profile

• A passion for working with children and for promoting health and fitness
• Experience in coaching, teaching or working with kids, especially in a sports setting, is a bonus
• Ability to create a fun, supportive and engaging environment
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation to various locations
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including afternoons, evenings and possibly weekends
• At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
