Worship Pastor – Madison Campus

About the role

The Worship Pastor provides spiritual, pastoral, and strategic leadership for the Worship Ministry at Pinelake’s Madison campus, cultivating a healthy worship culture and equipping teams to lead Christ‑centered worship.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all worship and production ministries, recruiting, equipping, scheduling, and developing staff and servant leaders.
• Supervise the Worship Associate, Next Gen Worship Associate, and Production Director, and partner with the Lead Pastor of Worship to implement worship strategy.
• Plan weekend worship services and special events, build ministry systems, set goals, evaluate effectiveness, and manage budgets and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum with 4‑6 years of experience leading worship and staff.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and strong leadership of volunteers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and make sound decisions under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows/MacOS, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet research.
• Basic budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial spreadsheet analysis.
