About the role
The Lead Student Pastor will shepherd the Student Ministry at the Madison campus, guiding spiritual development of students and staff while advancing Pinelake’s vision of life‑changing impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, shepherd, and guide the Student Ministry staff and servant leaders, implementing the campus vision and mission.
- Coordinate curriculum, events, and worship, and develop strategic plans for campus presence and student/family assimilation.
- Equip and release servant leaders, creating a discipleship pathway and measuring success by spiritual formation and multiplication.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree minimum and at least five years of ministry‑related experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with diverse groups and demonstrate humility, honor, and integrity.
- Ability to manage budgets, bookkeeping, and oversee both exempt and non‑exempt personnel.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Mac/Windows operating systems, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Basic mathematical, bookkeeping, and budgeting skills.
