Workers' Compensation Attorney (5-10 Years Experience)

About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 5 to 10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers' Compensation Department in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves litigating a variety of complex workers' compensation claims, including those involving high-exposure cases.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims involving repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.
• Represent clients across industries such as construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail and education.
• Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who mentor and support your development, so you do not need to manage cases from start to finish on day one.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research and communication skills.
