Key responsibilities

• Assist senior shareholders and associates on varied casualty and professional liability matters, including general liability defense, employment, and civil rights cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents, and support case strategy development.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of post‑law school experience in civil defense litigation.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research, and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment.
