Workers' Compensation Attorney (1-5 Years Experience)

About the role

Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with more than 60 years of service, is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney with 1 to 5 years of litigation experience to join its growing Workers' Compensation Department in Roseland, New Jersey. The role involves litigating a variety of workers' compensation claims, including those involving high-exposure, complex litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate workers' compensation claims such as repetitive trauma, occupational disease, and death and hearing loss claims.
• Represent clients across industries including construction, manufacturing, technology, health care, retail and education.
• Work closely with experienced shareholders and associates who mentor and develop the attorney's skills, rather than managing cases from start to finish alone on day one.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of litigation experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, legal writing, research and communication skills.
