About the role

As a Workday Adaptive Planning Implementation Consultant, Senior Associate at PwC, you will work with client finance and accounting teams to deploy and manage the Workday enterprise performance management suite. The role blends technology consulting with financial process optimisation, helping organisations improve planning, reporting and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting stakeholders to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
• Analyse client requirements and design tailored Workday solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Deliver training and ongoing support to ensure seamless integration and user adoption.
• Build strong client relationships, anticipate needs, and navigate complex project situations.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, including code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of experience working with Workday products.
• One or more Workday Pro certifications, preferably in Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Project Management or Engagement Management.
