Women's Activewear Designer (Freelance, Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a talented women’s activewear designer to join our client’s team on a freelance, part‑time basis. The role is fully remote but requires the designer to be based in the United States. You will work 2‑3 days per week (approximately 16‑24 hours) and be compensated at an hourly rate of $50‑$60.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead seasonal concept development from initial ideas through final execution.
  • Create design sketches, technical flats, and material specifications for high‑end women’s activewear collections.
  • Collaborate closely with the SVP of Product and cross‑functional teams to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.
  • Maintain design timelines and deliverables for each season.

Required profile

  • Proven experience designing high‑end women’s activewear.
  • Freelance availability for 2‑3 days per week.
  • Based in the United States and able to work remotely.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating seasonal concept work.
