About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our San Rafael store. As the front‑line brand ambassador you will help customers discover the latest mobile devices, plans and accessories while delivering a best‑in‑class service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the purchasing journey, both in‑store and from online or call‑center referrals.
• Demonstrate the features of new smartphones, IoT devices and accessories with hands‑on presentations.
• Identify customer needs and recommend personalized device and service solutions, including plans, accessories and emerging IoT products.
• Use digital tools to show network coverage, plan benefits and device specifications.
• Assist with device inspections, account reviews and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with teammates across sales, business and customer‑service channels to ensure a seamless experience.
• Capture and hand off small‑business leads to the appropriate team.
