Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in continuing their shopping journey across online, call‑center, and in‑store channels.
• Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest mobile technology and IoT devices.
• Offer personalized solutions beyond basic device and plan selections, including accessories and emerging IoT products.
• Guide customers through the purchase process with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
• Use digital tools to illustrate network coverage, plan benefits, and device troubleshooting.
• Complete in‑store training, develop product knowledge, and prepare for promotion to Mobile Expert.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small‑business leads.
