Window Installation Technician

About the role

We are seeking a Window Installation Technician to join our team at Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company. You will install home‑remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure each project meets our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install windows and other remodeling products according to Mad City standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon project completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Hands‑on experience with window replacements and/or window wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
