Window Install Helper

About the role

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is seeking a Window Install Helper to join its fast‑growing home‑improvement team in Knoxville. The role involves installing window and other remodeling products while ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner at completion.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with window replacements and/or wrapping windows.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
