Wind Operations Site Manager

About the role

Vestas is seeking a Wind Operations Site Manager to lead daily operations at its Camp Creek wind farm. You will ensure safe, efficient performance of turbines while delivering clean energy to thousands of homes.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a safety‑first culture and drive continuous improvement on site.
• Build and maintain client relationships to meet contractual obligations.
• Oversee maintenance and support activities to maximize turbine efficiency.
• Manage service contract budgets, control costs, and achieve defined performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in wind farm operations or related operations management.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license, ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, following instructions).
