About the role
The Weights and Research Coordinator supports RLC’s transportation operations by handling weight‑related data and assisting research initiatives. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday with various shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with weight measurement processes and related research tasks.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate data collection.
Required profile
- Any type of LTL experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to self‑motivate and self‑manage.
- Willingness to learn.
- Analytical mindset.
- Computer proficiency.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

- Starting salary of $70,305 per year.
- Full‑time schedule with various shifts.
- Paid time off after 90 days of employment.
