About the role

Join a fast‑paced logistics company as a Weekend Operations Coordinator, providing essential after‑hours support to carriers and customers. You will be the primary point of contact on Saturdays and Sundays, ensuring shipments stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track all active shipments, providing accurate, real‑time status updates.
• Serve as the main contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after‑hours operations.
• Identify and resolve issues or delays in transit, escalating when necessary.
• Update internal systems with shipment details and status changes.
• Communicate professionally with customers to deliver timely updates and solutions.
• Collaborate with the day operations team for seamless handoff of information.
• Maintain accurate records of communications, updates, and issue resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer requirements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in freight brokerage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work after‑hours and adapt to changing priorities.
