Webflow Web Developer – Growth Team

About the role

EliseAI is seeking a Webflow‑focused Web Developer to join its growth team. You will work at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, shaping the company’s digital presence and supporting high‑impact campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain sophisticated Webflow pages that are responsive, performant, and pixel‑perfect.
• Translate Figma prototypes into functional builds and collaborate with Growth Product on conversion‑focused landing pages.
• Manage and optimise the Webflow CMS architecture for scalability and ease of use by non‑technical teammates.
• Conduct rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speed, and WCAG accessibility compliance before each release.
• Support the Senior Web Developer with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code to extend Webflow’s native capabilities and integrate third‑party tools such as Google Analytics and HubSpot.
• Maintain clear documentation of styles, components, and workflows to keep the marketing site a single source of truth.
• Enable Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to update site content autonomously without breaking global styles.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and maintaining Webflow sites.
• Ability to translate design prototypes (Figma) into production‑ready web pages.
• Strong attention to performance, accessibility (WCAG) and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Collaborative mindset to work with Design, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (four days onsite).
