Webflow Frontend Developer

About the role

Leapsome is looking for a Frontend Web Developer who specializes in Webflow to shape the digital experience of its marketing website. You will work closely with design and product teams to deliver a visually stunning, user‑friendly platform that supports our people‑enablement mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Leapsome marketing site using Webflow.
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes into functional web pages.
• Implement responsive design to ensure optimal performance across devices.
• Write clean, efficient code and maintain consistent class usage.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and adherence to web standards.
• Optimize page load speed and overall site responsiveness.
• Set up and monitor conversion‑rate‑optimization experiments.
• Configure integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
