Web Developer – Front-End Focus

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer to join our engineering team and build high-performance, cross-browser web applications. The role focuses on front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks and ensuring code quality and reusability.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate effort and deliver high-quality code based on well-defined business requirements.
• Write performant, reusable front-end components following industry standards and internal KPIs.
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional code and contribute to design discussions.
• Maintain build and deployment pipelines, create necessary artifacts, and support production releases.
• Troubleshoot and triage issues in production, providing on-call support when required.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers by answering questions and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience building responsive, cross-browser websites.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• Highly motivated problem-solver eager to learn new technologies.

Required skills

• Vanilla JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• React (or similar modern front-end framework) and experience with single-page applications.
• Front-end build tools such as Webpack or Grunt.
• Chrome Developer Tools for debugging and profiling.
