Web Application Developer – Early Career (Salesforce, .NET)

About the role

CACI is looking for a Web Application Developer focused on Salesforce to join its idt. team supporting next-generation IT solutions for defense, intelligence and federal civilian agencies. The role provides cloud systems delivery support, keeps workflows evolving to meet mission needs, supports cross-application integrations and works with internal end users on SaaS and licensed products. The position is full time, regular, with no travel required, and must be worked onsite in Chantilly or Reston, Virginia.

Key responsibilities

• Use and extend applications with .NET Framework and C#, and sustain them
• Automate business processes with Salesforce tools such as Workflow, Process Builder and Flow
• Build triggers, components, pages and integrations in the Salesforce development environment
• Work with SaaS and on-prem workflow tools, cross-system integrations and database REST APIs
• Handle administrative tasks: database support, configuration maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and routine tasks
• Take part in system audits and prepare for upgrades with the administrative team
• Create deployment packages moving code from the CACI DevOps platform to production systems
• Manage Salesforce data feeds and integrations to cloud-operated platforms
• Evaluate and complete new development requests, and work with the user team to define and document requirements
• Assist in training new users and documenting the Salesforce platform

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related field
• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 1+ year of Salesforce.com developer experience, including debugging existing code bases
• 1+ year of direct .NET Framework and C# experience
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
