Wealth Management Associate

About the role

The Wealth Management Associate provides premium service to clients while supporting Financial Advisors (FAs) and Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs). As a senior member of the service team, you will build trusted relationships through daily client interactions and a client‑first mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Support FAs/PWAs in enhancing client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Prepare for client meetings, track follow‑ups, and ensure timely execution of client service functions.
• Provide backup for registered and unregistered client service tasks, including money‑movement transactions, answering non‑investment queries, and enrolling clients in digital tools such as MS Online.
• Assist with business development activities, including digital and in‑person marketing, conference and webinar coordination, and social media outreach.
• Prepare and review client reports, financial plans, and research using firm‑approved systems.
• Participate in client meetings, representing the service perspective, and contribute to firm initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
• Current knowledge of firm policies, procedures, and digital platforms.
• Experience supporting financial advisors or in a client‑service capacity is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Online tools.
