Warehouse Reporting Specialist

About the role

The Warehouse Reporting Specialist collects, compiles, analyzes, and distributes critical operational metrics and performance scorecards across key facility locations. This role bridges warehouse activities and managerial leadership by ensuring accurate, timely, and visually clear reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Compile, generate, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports covering key warehouse KPIs.
• Monitor and report on storage capacity, pallet balances, and CHEP stock levels.
• Synthesize facility data into executive scorecards and presentation decks using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Maintain automated spreadsheets, graphs, and visual dashboards for real‑time status updates.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Power Query.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or Data Analytics.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory administration, or logistics reporting.
• Familiarity with WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, HighJump, Oracle WMS).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query).
• PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a strong plus.
