About the role

Alcon is seeking an Operator I for its Johns Creek Distribution Center on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM EST). The role focuses on efficient warehouse operations, inventory integrity, and safe material handling to support Alcon’s supply chain.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform RF cluster picking, replenishment, cart building, audit counting and put‑away tasks.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ensure a clean, organized work area.
  • Operate forklifts, cherry pickers and other lifting equipment to move pallets, skids and boxes.
  • Load and unload materials, meet daily productivity metrics, and follow standard operating procedures.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb unassisted.

Required skills

  • Experience operating order pickers and cherry pickers (wire guide).
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and SAP inventory systems.
  • Basic computer literacy and good mathematical skills.
