Warehouse Operator – 1st Shift (Allentown, PA)

About the role

Join a leading beverage producer as a Warehouse Operator on the 1st shift at the Allentown, PA facility. You will support Freestyle manufacturing by receiving, organizing, and preparing materials for production, ensuring smooth line operations and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pick‑pack activities to meet daily production and distribution needs.
• Receive shipments, verify quantities, break down pallets by material type and batch.
• Pick, pack, and replenish stock while adhering to delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate inventory using digital tracking systems.
• Keep the workspace clean and organized following Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S principles.
• Operate material‑handling and packaging equipment safely.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues.
• Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE such as steel‑toe footwear.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lb repeatedly.
• Capability to stand for the entire shift while performing physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
