Warehouse & Logistics Manager

About the role

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees daily warehouse and distribution operations for the Las Vegas Grand Prix. This role ensures material flow to and from event venues, maintains accurate inventory, manages vendor relationships, and supports on‑site event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Develop and enforce warehouse policies, conduct regular audits, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage vendor contracts for property, staffing, equipment, waste, LPG, HVAC, racking, and cleaning services.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse budgets and track actual spending.
• Plan and coordinate transportation of goods using company fleet and third‑party carriers, serving as primary contact for the transport provider.
• Track transportation metrics, ensure DOT compliance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Provide on‑site operational support during construction, load‑in, event days, and load‑out, assisting with zone and back‑of‑house build and dismantle.

Required profile

• Residency in the Las Vegas, NV area for the duration of employment.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Strong leadership skills to guide staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.
