Warehouse Lead Coordinator

About the role

The Warehouse Lead Coordinator ensures smooth inbound and outbound truck operations, maintains accurate inventory counts, and guarantees that all shipment documentation is complete and compliant. This onsite role is critical for minimizing detention risks and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Sign‑in inbound/outbound drivers, verify appointments, assign docks, and record load progress.
• Perform micro‑inventory of finished goods, consumables, and packaging materials at shift intervals.
• Manage product sample collection, labeling, and lot traceability, escalating any discrepancies.
• Prepare, verify, and assemble pre‑shipment documents (BOLs, pick sheets, lot logs) in a 6S‑compliant manner.
• Confirm post‑shipment documentation, obtain driver signatures, and deliver final packets to the Shipping Department.
• Follow the defined escalation path for documentation, labeling, or loading issues.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, shipping, or packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and legible handwriting for logs and paperwork.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with VAS software.
• Experience using E2open scheduling software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
• Effective email and electronic communication.
