Warehouse Clerk (Temp to Hire)

About the role

Terumo is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Aliso Viejo, California, on a temp-to-hire basis. The role covers issuing materials, shipping and receiving, data entry into inventory systems, and keeping materials stock accurate.

Key responsibilities

• Issue materials, ship goods, receive deliveries and enter data into inventory control systems
• Process packing lists and maintain materials stock
• Operate the materials module of the MRP system and monitor inventory to fulfill internal customer orders
• Perform cycle counts
• Follow quality management system processes and comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required profile

• Experience in shipping and/or the medical device industry
• Experience working with Customer Service departments
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills and good phone etiquette
• Physical demands: extended phone and computer use, long periods standing, moderate lifting up to 50 lbs

Required skills

• Computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Desired: MRP system experience and familiarity with international documentation and distribution
