Warehouse Associate - The Mann Center

About the role

The Warehouse Associate follows Management's assignments to deliver food, beverage and other products to The Mann Center in a timely way. Stock is delivered to concession stands, portables and commissaries, and the role requires flexibility in rotating assignments. The position reports directly to a Warehouse Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and receiving areas throughout the venue.
• Restock stands with food and beverage products efficiently, according to transfer dockets provided by Management.
• Inspect stands for deficiencies and report any concerns to Management.
• Help move equipment as required for events.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning around concessions and warehouse areas.
• Rotate to other service locations when necessary.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, speak and write English.
• Flexible schedule covering all venue events, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Punctual, dependable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Sufficient mobility for constant standing, reaching, bending and lifting, and ability to lift 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Personal hygiene and grooming in line with company and venue standards.

Required skills

• RAMP certification required; can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to listen to and follow directions from management.
