Warehouse Associate

About the role

Ceva is looking for a reliable, energetic and team-oriented Warehouse Associate to support its distribution operations in Durham, NC. The role ensures that products are received, stored, picked and shipped accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards for quality, safety and customer service. It suits someone who is detail-oriented, organized and able to handle several tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day warehouse operations so the facility runs efficiently and safely.
• Assist with receiving, handling, storing, picking and packing products to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory through established processes and scanning or warehouse technology.
• Replenish inventory manually or with equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Process, pick, pack and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Follow workflows, equipment layouts and safety protocols, and keep the workplace clean and compliant.
• Collaborate with team members to solve operational issues and meet performance goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED; additional education preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience; lead or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong basic math skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to stand, walk, lift and carry materials for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move materials; certification or training for forklifts and pallet jacks can be provided.

Required skills

• Experience with order-processing systems, RF scanners or warehouse management tools.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment; forklift and pallet jack certification or training available.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus.
