Warehouse Associate

About the role

Join Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud member of the Renuity family, as a Warehouse Associate in St. Louis. You will support the receiving, storage, and distribution of home‑improvement products, ensuring a smooth flow of materials to job sites and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following established policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and keep inventory levels accurate.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and generate work orders for repairs or replacements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move products safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks, record returned materials, and prepare jobs and materials for field crews.
• Clean trucks inside and out, and transport materials or employees to job sites.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver products between offices on a daily basis.
• Forklift certification or proven forklift experience.
• Knowledge of home‑remodeling or construction materials is a plus.
