Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join its permanent, full‑time team. The role focuses on handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe warehouse environments while supporting customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to collect full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas onto packers or compactors in designated areas (training provided).
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; sweep and mop trash container zones.
• Maintain clear traffic pathways (“Green Mile” walkways) at all times for safety.
• Organize and sort drill/packer/compactor zones to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching above and below waist level.
• Comfort standing and walking for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret basic workplace documents and safety standards.
