Warehouse Associate

About the role

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking motivated and dynamic Warehouse Associates to join our full‑time permanent team. You will be responsible for handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe work areas, and supporting our facilities operations across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and place full corrugated cardboard gondolas at designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Keep the areas around all gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust.
• Mop, sweep, and maintain transit walkways (“Green Mile”) to ensure safety.
• Organise and maintain drill/packer/compactor zones for orderly workflow.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75 lb using a manual pallet jack.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and stretching above and below waist level.
• Comfortable walking throughout the facility and standing for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Read and interpret basic safety and operational documents.
• Motivated, reliable, and able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
