Logistics Traffic Coordinator (Second Shift)

About the role

Schneider is looking for a Logistics Traffic Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider. Working the second (night) shift, you will create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments while building strong relationships with customers, associates and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Track, trace and expedite inbound and outbound shipments.
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly and efficiently.
• Respond to customer calls, ensuring expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain accurate shipment documentation and communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Previous customer‑service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lb.
• Non‑exempt U.S. office associate able to work a minimum of 4 continuous hours between 4 pm – 5 am.
