About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join its Stafford, TX facility. The role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring that medical devices and supplies are received, stored, and shipped accurately and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Store products in designated locations following inventory procedures.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Operate material‑handling equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols to protect products and personnel.
- Keep the work area organized and clean.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work varied shifts as needed.
