Warehouse Associate – Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our Grand Rapids location. In this full-time position you will support receiving, storage, and distribution activities for Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company. You will help keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient while delivering materials to job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following established policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Plan and implement warehouse layout changes, inspect equipment, and generate work orders for repairs or replacements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to move products and materials to proper locations.
• Load and unload trucks, log materials, and note any returns.
• Prepare jobs and materials for field crews and clean trucks inside and out.
• Transport materials and employees to job sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly and follow safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver products between offices daily.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Knowledge of home‑remodeling or construction materials is a plus.
