Warehouse Associate – Corrugated Cardboard Recycler

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position involves handling corrugated cardboard gondolas in a warehouse environment. The associate will support customer needs by collecting, transporting, and replacing gondolas while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to retrieve full cardboard gondolas and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport and position full gondolas at designated packers or compactors, receiving on‑the‑job training.
• Keep the area around all gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Sweep, dust, and mop around waste container zones to maintain clear traffic aisles.
• Maintain order in drill/packer/compactor areas and perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack and lift/move gondolas up to 75 lb.
• Capability to lift, push, pull, and transport items up to 50 lb.
• Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach objects both below the waist and above the head.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility and standing/walking for up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret basic documents such as safety standards.
