Warehouse Associate (Corrugated Cardboard Recycler)

About the role

The Warehouse Associate will work on site handling corrugated cardboard gondolas, ensuring clean and safe aisles while supporting the recycling process. This full‑time permanent position involves moving, replacing, and organizing gondolas across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas (up to 75 lb) and replace them with empty ones in assigned zones.
• Transport full cardboard gondolas to designated packers or compactors (training provided).
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris, trash, and dust; sweep and mop trash container zones.
• Maintain clear traffic pathways (the “Green Mile” walkways) for safety at all times.
• Organize and sort the drill/packer/compactor areas to preserve order.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as required.

Required profile

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move objects up to 75 lb with a manual pallet jack.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and bend for 10‑12 hours per shift.
• Capability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb and reach above head regularly.
• Frequent walking throughout the facility during the shift.
• Ability to read and follow safety, operation, and maintenance documentation.
