Warehouse and Logistics Process Improvement Co‑Op

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Warehouse Data Analytics Co‑Op to support operational excellence and Lean initiatives within its Packaging organization in Gurabo, PR. This full‑time, 12‑month co‑op runs from January to December 2027 and offers hands‑on experience leading process‑improvement projects in a regulated production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support continuous‑improvement projects using Lean methodologies, including Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and visual‑management tools to track project metrics.
• Assist with Leader Standard Work practices, Lean maturity assessments, and benchmarking initiatives.
• Prepare progress updates and presentations for leadership.

Required profile

• Completed at least freshman year of an accredited university.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
• Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
• Basic knowledge of Lean/continuous‑improvement tools (Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Leader Standard Work).
• Strong data‑analysis and process‑mapping abilities.
