Global Planning Co-Op

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Global Planning Co-Op to support its Global Planning Supply Chain and Process Improvement team in Gurabo, Puerto Rico. The co‑op will work full‑time (40 hours/week) from August to December 2026, applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other best‑practice methods.
• Generate reports and perform transactional/documentation activities to support site shipments.
• Assist with capacity analysis, master data revision, project management, materials readiness, scheduling optimization, and event process reviews.

Required profile

• Completed at least freshman year of an accredited university program.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English with strong written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
