VP, Revenue Marketing

About the role

CaptivateIQ is looking for a Vice President of Revenue Marketing to own the demand, operations, field, and BDR side of the marketing organization. Reporting to the Co‑CEO, this leader will design and run the go‑to‑market operating system that drives both new‑customer acquisition and post‑sale expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own pipeline and revenue KPIs across enterprise and mid‑market segments, ensuring alignment with overall GTM goals.
• Design, implement and maintain a performance measurement architecture covering funnel velocity, channel ROI, and cost of acquisition.
• Forecast, measure and report the impact of demand‑generation activities on pipeline and bookings.
• Champion AI‑native marketing operations, integrating AI/agentic workflows (e.g., Claude) to redesign demand‑gen, ops, and BDR processes.
• Audit and scale the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, UserGems, etc.) into a seamless, headcount‑efficient engine.
• Establish a cadence of weekly performance reviews and monthly budget alignment to drive financial accountability.
• Pivot field strategy toward high‑value, in‑person engagement while maintaining digital volume.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading revenue‑focused marketing functions at high‑growth SaaS companies.
• Strong track record of owning pipeline and revenue metrics and translating data into actionable strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high‑performing BDR and field teams.
• Experience integrating AI and automation into marketing operations.
