VP of Finance – Remote

About the role

Decile Group is building an integrated platform to modernize venture capital. We are looking for a VP of Finance to lead and optimize our finance function while supporting rapid growth across our education, software, and fund operations businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational finance activities.
• Collaborate closely with venture‑capital fund accounting and finance teams.
• Develop and implement scalable finance processes and controls.
• Support the financial planning and analysis needed for rapid business expansion.
• Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with overall company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a high‑growth fintech startup or similar fast‑moving environment.
• Interest or prior experience in the venture‑capital industry.
• Based in the United States, preferably the Bay Area.
• Ability to work remotely while collaborating across multiple teams.
