Visual Merchandising Internship (July–Dec 2026)

About the role

Louis Vuitton Americas is looking for a motivated Visual Merchandising Intern to join the team from July through December 2026. This full‑time internship provides hands‑on exposure to visual merchandising operations within a dynamic luxury retail environment, supporting communication and coordination across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day communication, calendar management, meeting scheduling and stakeholder coordination across time zones.
• Prepare communication materials, recaps and meeting notes, and support the creation of presentations and decks for internal and leadership reviews.
• Organise and maintain visual merchandising documents, guidelines and shared resources.
• Track project timelines, deliverables and milestones, working alongside retail, creative, operations, marketing and central teams.
• Identify small process‑improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency.

Required profile

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Strong visual sensibility and interest in fashion, luxury retail and brand storytelling.
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program related to the field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work on‑site in Midtown Manhattan.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams.
