Visual Merchandising Designer – Trade & Retail

About the role

MCoBeauty is expanding rapidly across the United States and seeks a Trade Designer to bring its luxury‑inspired beauty brand to life on the shelf and online. You will translate brand strategy into high‑impact retail and digital experiences that drive conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Convert brand guidelines into retailer‑specific visual executions while balancing consistency and commercial effectiveness.
• Design in‑store creative such as gondola, end‑cap, off‑shelf displays, bullnose artwork, and shelf‑edge communication.
• Develop planograms, merchandising guidelines, and retail toolkits; create disruptive hero moments.
• Produce 3D concepts, renderings, and fixture graphics using SketchUp, Rhino or Blender.
• Design digital assets for retailer.com pages, PDP imagery and banners, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
• Deliver print‑ready and digital‑ready files and manage multiple fast‑paced projects.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of experience in trade, retail, or shopper design.
• Proven ability to translate brand identity into retail execution.
• Strong 3D design capability (non‑negotiable).
• Portfolio demonstrating retail and digital design work.
