Senior Manager, Global Experiential Design

About the role

The Senior Manager, Global Experiential Design will lead the creation and oversight of branded experiential retail designs and 360° consumer experience formats for Estée Lauder’s luxury beauty brands. This role works closely with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Consumer Engagement, Education, and regional teams to deliver innovative, best‑in‑class in‑store and outpost experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop experiential retail designs aligned with the global brand vision for stores, beauty windows, outposts, pop‑ups and installations.
• Create evergreen and bespoke experiences for retail events, masterclasses, launch parties, VIP celebrations and consumer engagement touchpoints.
• Oversee the consumer journey across new and existing store formats, events and retail outposts.
• Identify and integrate new digital technologies to enhance the consumer experience.
• Ensure continuity of customer experience across channels and formats.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising, store design, marketing and PR to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
• Support VP and SVP Brand Image in upholding global brand standards while addressing regional considerations.
• Manage high‑volume workloads, prioritize projects and communicate clearly with regional teams.

Required profile

• Creative individual with strategic and detailed thinking.
• Strong knowledge of design principles and experience with lighting, sound, video and photography.
