Visual Designer (Contractor)

About the role

Raylu is an AI research platform for private equity, and the Visual Designer will shape the outward‑facing experience of the brand. You will work closely with the Founding Product Designer and Head of Growth to create marketing, motion, and brand assets that support a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build marketing website pages in Framer while improving SEO.
• Create motion graphics for the website, social media, and brand moments using After Effects, Rive, or similar tools.
• Produce graphic assets for social posts, marketing campaigns, and sales decks.
• Help maintain and evolve the Raylu brand, including teaching AI agents to generate on‑brand content.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual and brand design work.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
• Clear communicator in both writing and meetings.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools and curiosity about finance or private‑equity research.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Framer for building web pages.
• Motion design skills using After Effects, Rive, or similar.
• Experience with SEO best practices.
